Joining Hastings Fly Fishers is a great way to connect with like-minded anglers and share your passion for fly fishing. Enjoy our club trips, events, and other activities. You’re welcome to be part of our community if you’re new to the sport. Experienced fly fishers are also welcome to join our friendly and supportive community.
Joining Fee
A one-off joining fee of $20 applies to all new Full Fishing Members in their first year. This fee includes a Club Gift Pack (one per full or family membership).
Note: The joining fee and gift pack offer do not apply to Distant Members.
Annual Membership Fees
The following annual fees apply upon acceptance into the Club.
A pro rata rate is applied for part-year memberships.
Family Membership
Family Membership is available to include your immediate family under the Club’s insurance coverage. To qualify, the following conditions apply:
- Family membership covers a member and their spouse or partner. It also includes children under 18 years of age at the start of the membership term.
(It does not include grandparents, siblings, or other relatives.) - Children aged 18 years or older must join as a Full Member.
- All members aged 18 years and over have voting rights, as outlined in Section 32 of the Club constitution.
- Each family member is considered an individual person under Sections 10, 11, and 12 of the Club constitution.
- Relevant details must be supplied for all individuals to be covered under the family membership.
How to Join
To become a member, simply complete an application form and submit it along with your payment.
Once your application is accepted, you’ll receive your membership details—and for Full and Family Members, your welcome gift pack!
Club meetings are held on the second Wednesday of the month at Panthers, Port Macquarie.
