Monthly Club Meetings

The Club holds monthly club meetings, often with guest speakers, covering diverse fishing topics and tips.

Meetings are currently held on every 2nd Wednesday of the month at 7pm at:

Panthers, Port Macquarie
1 Bay Street,
Port Macquarie NSW 2444

Visitors most welcome. Please contact the Club Secretary in advance so that we know that you are coming. Check with Reception as to which room we are meeting in (usually upstairs in the “Executive Training Room”).

Please note that it is essential that all Club members and visitors who are not members of the club sign in at reception prior to going into the meeting room.

Fishing Outings

The Club holds monthly fishing outings including weekend trips to well known fishing venues and day trips to local rivers and estuaries.

The Club has access to a number of fishing sites in the region, many of which are on private property.

Note: For organisational purposes, members must book in prior to the outing.

Outing Info

A barbecue lunch is held at each Sunday Club outing at approximately 12 o’clock at the cost of $6 per person.

Bottles of water are provided FREE to members and their guest(s).

The Club also provides FREE sunscreen and insect repellent and encourages members to wear protective eye-wear and a hat/cap.

Other Activities

Casting Days are held fortnightly on Monday mornings, 10am to 12pm, at Lake Cathie Park, to enable skills to be improved under the guidance of experienced casters. Dates are variable – check calendar for exact times.
